There are certain circumstances where it is ok to kick an animal; like if you being attacked by a rabid bear. However kicking a CBP drug k9 in front of CBP is not advisable and will be met with retaliation.

Florida alligators aren't as aggressive as saltwater crocadiles but they are still far more dangerous that illl-tempered sea bass. I have often heard it said by a couple of friends that hunt gators that the ones under 6' long are very timid and the ones over 6' long aren't afraid of anything.
