Token college students. A lot of players take only a few online bull**** courses a year and never see a classroom their entire time at A&M.

The TAMU official rosters dont even list majors anymore under the players bios anymore like they used to.

It is a class C misdemeanor. To put this into perspective, a speeding ticket is a class C misdemeanor. This is pretty much a fancy drunk in public.

What do you expect him to do? Hold their hand and follow them around every day? These are men that are making poor decisions. There's only so much a coach can do. There's nothing about Elko that comes across as someone who doesn't give a **** about his players or is OK with this kind of behavior.

If police were instructing him to de-escalate and he wasn't complying, they had no real choice. Probably did LeVeon a favor by removing him from the situation before it got worse and he risked doing something really stupid.

Baton Rouge - The other guy would have been beaten by a group of cops and the cops would have let Moss take a turn at tasing him. The cops would have then driven Moss home, after they stopped by an orphanage to give Moss $50K from petty cash.

Austin - Cops would have followed Moss home. Moss would have wrecked his car into an apartment complex and the cops would have helped him rob the place, then driven him home and offered him a bj before tucking him into bed. Everyone would have recanted their story and nobody would ever mention it again. Moss would be a Heisman contender, except he's black so he has to defer to the football god Manning.

Tuscaloosa - Moss would be given an extra $100K, other person would have been murdered by a mob, cops would have been at home sleeping.

If I had to guess I would say it's a combination of upbringing or lack thereof and not being the sharpest tool in the shed. Couple these two with young alpha males routinely taking high risk chances because they are used to getting away with things or having people sweep them under the rugs.

Charges dropped today per local news reports and announcement from his attorney.

Dismissed.

Elko not answering questions on this topic due SEC media day and seems peeved about it (I think ). Moss probably in deeper trouble w Elko than with CSPD. We'll see if this creates any issues on status going forward as Elko's 1st test of chararcter issues on a top player on the team (and if he'll play hard nose like he's been stating the culture has to be).

Twk actually has it figured out; I 100% agree. Moss was probably acting more aggressively than anyone else there. So arrest him on whatever charge you can make fit (disorderly conduct class C); get him out of there; jail overnight; PR bond; a few days later dismiss. Maybe CSPD has some reasonable and rational officers after all. I was municipal court prosecutor for 23 years and I saw this scenario play out a hundred times or more.

In all honesty, I like my bruiser RB to be a little violent.
