Really quite a pathetic effort tonight. Mexico dominated despite a very fortunate early goal. These kids do not possess the ball well, lack personal and team composure, horrid first touches all game, all things required to work the ball upfield from the behind.

If that free kick isn't 100% what's wrong with this team I don't know what is.

We are dangerous in the air. Instead of putting the ball in the middle, we pass it to the defender who passes it back to the free kick taker, who is now under pressure and trying to put it in the middle like he should have from the beginning. What the hell are we doing

It still pisses me off that several of our best players don't have enough pride to play in this tournament. If I ever had a chance at this level I'd be out there with two broken legs if that's what it took to represent my country. You could t keep me OFF the field if I had a shot
