It was reviewed so obviously wasn't offside.

Argentina cruise through one of the easiest groups they could have gotten. Austria equalize with no time left to keep themselves in 2nd place. Algeria finish 3rd like they wanted so they avoid Spain. Jordan go home but at least they scored against Argentina.

My wife is a KU grad, and has been caught up in the Lawrence-Algeria dynamic. Pretty much doubled her interest in the tournament.

There were fireworks being set off in the stadium parking lot when we left the game last night and flares everywhere. The whole KC metro area has adopted Algeria much in the same way Scotland was. I'm seeing people in Algeria gear all over town and local retailers can't keep it in stock. Every Algeria I have run into have said they feel so grateful at the kindness they have experienced.
