Rutgers twice and Oregon, although on the road. I think they'll avoid a full Melvin.
Rhodes showing that if a guy isn't ready to be hired out of VCU (or Utah St) after like year 3, you probably shouldn't hire them. Everyone wins there.

I saw Koa Peat play a couple of times at Perry HS. In the last 9 years that HS has produced Brock Purdy (49ers QB), Jalen Williams ((Thunder) , Cody Williams (Jazz) and Peat. Not surprisingly they've won 4 straight Arizona HS championships. Crazy run of high level athletes at one high school.

Also to note in this game: officiating is really good. SEC needs to take notes.

I mean like when I listen to podcasts or whatever and people are talking about national title contenders. I feel like Arizona, Michigan, Duke, etc. are much more popular picks.
Gonna be impressed if Nebraska can even keep it close. I think they're gonna get absolutely run off the floor.
I'm not sure they have a real signature win. The others played a more aggressive non con. Florida?

If you look at Nebraska's schedule, if they can figure out a way to get past Michigan, there is a viable path to an undefeated regular season. Nebraska having an undefeated basketball season isn't something I ever thought about, but before this year I'd never given a thought to Indiana winning a football national title.
