This.

A lot of hand wringing that we had no pitching back. This would be maybe the best rotation in the country if it comes to fruition and prager doesn't get picked soon.

That with potentially Carson Bailey or Kaiden Wilson on Tuesday and the other to long relief with Freshcorn, David Ramirez, chase Bentley and Michael bollinger to close.

I love Prager. He had a tough season, and would love to have him back and in our rotation. Another year to develop and I know he can drop the hammer.

Yall need to remember that the MLB draft works very differently. Players selected in the first 10 rounds have usually already agreed to terms with the organization. If a player drafted in the first 10 rounds does not sign, the organization loses that pick's slot value from its draft pool. It's a rare, rare occasion when a top 10 round selection does not sign. Prager is an obvious exception.

Yeah - Some hope if a player is drafted by a mostly incompetent organization (Slawinski - LAA), but most teams are smart enough to check before making the move.
