I believe in a strong executive. But it also takes a legislative with morality and a spine and a judiciary that is just and knowledgeable.

We have the right guy in the executive. Again, so far he has respected the court decisions. Will he continue? I actually think so though I would have said f it.

We shall see.

A lot to be said for this. He just doesn't have the patience or tolerance for it. Wants to call his shots as the boss and expect all others to comply. That works when you're the end-all, be-all boss in Trump Realty, but not the US government due to the shared power structure with Congress and the judiciary. There is a way... you just need to understand it, embrace it, and work it.

To be clear, I really like a lot of the other things he's doing that he can do with executive action only. Big fan. But these other areas that cross over into congressional or judiciary space require a different approach.

The process should be respected. May not like the answer but the process should be respected. MAGA will appeal and hopefully win. Curiously, congress surely loves the money pouring in. Might be difficult to vote no on the additional power coming in the form of cash.

So if SCOTUS eventually rules that Trump exceeded his authority regarding tariffs, what happens? Does this tariff revenue have to be returned? Are the deals renegotiated?
