Anyone know if the target website is accurate for stock? All the southwest houston stores show stock this morning except for Montrose.

Gamestop was a ****show... both at 3pm for the ordering and at 11:01 for pick up.

Our receipts had numbers on them and one guy was running all the way to the back to get them.

Morons, when the store closed why not just bring them all out to the front and in numerical order... you only had 50.

Got home at like midnight and will unbox tonight.

i regret wasting so much time but looking forward to upgraded odyssey tonight and some mario kart.

Finished setting it up and logged in. Data transfer was seamless. (Had sold my Switch a few weeks ago and it was all in the cloud.)

As soon as I logged in my game updates started rolling in.

Currently downloading MKW, GC online, and all my old digital games.

The snap on the new Joycons is super satisfying. My one complaint after unboxing is the new HDMI cables are pretty short, shorter than the original Switch. Guess they cheaped out a bit since these are HDMI 2.1.

Doesn't quite reach where my old Switch used to sit.

Certainly an upgrade. By the time I got home and set up it was 1:00am. Haven't had to play much. I will say it looks and feels like a premium
Machine.

Heads up, you do need to go into the eShop to download the Switch 2 Edition upgrades for BOTW and TOTK, even if you get them for free with your NSO sub.

Walked into Target in SA about 30 mins ago and got one they had 3-4 left.

Seems to be plenty of stock in the SA area in general.

Just started a new game in BOTW in 4k/60.

the Zelda games are the main reason I want to get a switch. I am kicking myself for not getting one earlier but after deciding to get one I figured I'd wait since the news of the 2 started being kicked around.

The Witcher 3 as well, still mad I gave my xbox away to my buddy with all of my progress

I am out of town unexpectedly and Walmart delivered it at 6:30 this morning. Sat on my porch for 6 hours before a buddy came and brought it inside the house.

Apparently a GameStop location was stapling receipts to the box. It went through and punctured screens. Yikes!

My local Walmart had some as well (Marshall, TX). I was so tempted to pick one up...I even had the kid take it out of the case. Then I chickened out and said "I was going to be good". I never even play Mario Kart on the regular Switch anymore. Are there any other exclusives?

I really don't think there's much on the system yet. Pretty odd release timing.

I'm really tempted to just return mine. But I waited 2 hours to pick it up in the pre-ordered line so I feel physically invested in it. Flipping it is maybe +$150 but not sure if they are actually selling. Seems plenty in the wild if you look for it.

But if I keep it, only one new game to play... only reason to have it right now is to play that game and to say you got it on release day. At least backwards compatibility will help.

With the potential for additional tariffs, is it worth buying now just to avoid potential increase if you plan to buy in the next 12 to 18 months?

I'm curious what y'all think about the built in mic that claims to filter out alls background noise.

My two complaints for MKW Free Roam so far are that it does feel a little barren (still not sure what the ? tiles do?), and there's no in-game map for whatever reason.
