Feels like console gaming is like this across the board right now... games are playable on current gen, but you will have to wait for next gen hardware to get a fully optimized version.

I skipped the PS4 and I'm playing catch up on those games with a PS5. Games like God of War... 1080p / 30 fps on PS4... Upscaled 4K / 60 fps on PS5.

I'm having a great time, but I'm playing games that are 5+ years old.

My kid is getting a switch 2 next week for his birthday and I talked him in to thinking we have to have DK. The reviews are really good.

I called and my closest wal mart had them ready to stock back up but my wife waited out with the nerds before Best Buy opened last Thursday and snagged one the day before wal mart put them out.

Haven't yet but with the stellar reviews I don't think I can pass on it.

I also generally enjoy platformers so this seems right up my alley.

Dammit, Nintendo. I just spent $90 on a new controller just so I can remain sitting on my ass and still be able to wake up the console from sleep.

They have every right to make more money but they're still c-suckers.

My Switch 2 has been docked ever since I got it. Last night, decided to play it in handheld mode and my hands were hurting after a few minutes.

Just purchased some grips for it so that should help.
