Just plan on paying. Find a good lot near the stadium, near 59 and just give them $30-40. There is a good lot under 59.
Bars and restaurants are on St. Emanuel, which is the other side of 59 from the stadium, but still an easy walk. Get in the area early, lots of cool spots before the game.
