Charlie Curl's dog comes to mind. They had a fake service dog deal and would bring their dog with a maroon Mohawk in, Blanking on the dog's name.

The first knee surgery I watched was an incredible learning experience. The ortho asked if I had any questions and I was like, no wonder patients hurt so much after you are done with them.
