I thought this was a super fun postseason as a neutral! Obviously it would've been nice to see the good guys playing though.
#1 and #2 (sips!) going down in the regionals, lots of regional upsets, Murray St cinderella, and the Arkansas choke were some of the highlights. LSU winning it all feels like a lackluster end to the season, but hey, they played a great tournament.
I think the expectation should be to at least make a super regional. Beyond that, baseball sometimes baseballs and you run into a hot team. But we should at least expect to host a regional and make it out, imo.

Make the umps do a post game presser like the coaches. They are grown men getting paid. So tired of incompetency and arrogance.

Also his story about being shooed... I saw that a lot this year with Earley. A first year head coach deserves as much respect as a ten year head coach.

They aren't "just lucky". They are good. They were raised , seeing success and their fans demand more , of the same success. Their administration does whatever it needs to do - to create more success. Winning, breeds more winning. To say they're lucky, is shortsighted.

All I know is I have watched a ton of baseball games on all levels. Have never seen somebody tossed like I did today. Maybe it is me.

And I have heard a lot worse than you missed three.

Ya can't say you missed 3 strikes. Ask about the zone. Ask where he saw a pitch. Don't get up there and say you missed 3 calls. It won't go well.

Have heard from our dugout before. And nobody got tossed. And it was not the CWS. Ump looked and talked to them and that was it. Google this guy. 99% of umps do not do this.
