From what I witnessed Sunday and Monday, CC plays good fundamental baseball. Really fun to watch. I don't know if it's enough to beat lsu, but they will not beat themselves.

Texas has an embarrassment of riches in highschool talent, but the carolinas are vastly underrated as the best baseball per square mile in the nation.

that's the crazy thing about espn trying to paint them as some kind of Cinderella. Its not even like its fresno state who won it all in 2008, but hasn't made it out of a regional since. They won in 2016. That means Hayden Schott was probably in his freshman year of eligibility then right?

A few schools that are considered college baseball powerhouses that have never won the CWS:
Arkansas
North Carolina
Clemson
Florida St.

If Coastal wins a second CWS this weekend they'll have more titles than every SEC school other than LSU (7) and South Carolina (2) plus OU (2) and t.u. (6) who won their titles before joining the league.
