Kind of easy to find these folks, IF someone is actually looking for them.

I remember in the early 80s when every bank in Miami was being used to launder massive amounts of drug money. (Miami Vice, anyone?) Which resulted in SARs being mandated for suspicious activity with large financial transactions.

One of the funniest scenes in Scarface was when Al Pacino's henchmen repeatedly carried duffle bags stuffed with cash into a Miami bank.

His banker was not amused after awhile.

And that crap actually happened. I know because I was practicing law back then. I was representing banks. Usied as defense but occasionally as a plaintiff. Mu late brother was a VP of a large bank during the same time and he met with the FBI far more often than he would have liked. Why? Because he knew.

Back in 1981, brother invited me for a Christmas ski trip. Watching lcal news, they showed a Sheriff with shelves of bongs behind the sheriff. I laughed about the number of bongs that were there. My brother was aghast! "How do you know those are for smoking marijuana?"

My reply? "I was in college a few years later than you were."

Taking the gloves off.

Quote:

"It doesn't only apply to Gov. Pritzker. It applies to ANY state official, local official, anybody who's operating in an official capacity who conspires or engages in activity that unlawfully impedes federal law enforcement conducting their duties."

"There's obstruction of justice. There is harboring illegal aliens. There is impeding the enforcement of our immigration laws. Then as you get up the scale of behavior, you obviously get into seditious conspiracy charges, depending on the conduct, and many other offenses!"

"If you engage in a criminal conspiracy to obstruct the enforcement of federal immigration laws or to unlawfully order your own police officers or your own officials to try to interfere with ICE officers, or even to arrest ICE officers, you're engaged in criminal activity!"

"To all ICE officers, you have federal IMMUNITY in the conduct of your duties! And anybody who lays a hand on you or tries to stop you or tries to obstruct you is committing a FELONY."

"If officials cross that line into obstruction, into criminal conspiracy against the United States or against ICE officers, then they will face JUSTICE."

BOOM!

A letter of marque on illegals? Hoooooboy.

I think that could lead to some blowback because how do you ensure bounty hunters are picking up actual illegals? That needs thinking through. But yeah you want to empty illegals quick, that'll do it. You could probably get with some surveillance and look ups/research a way to get 100s a year per bounty hunter. That's some real money.

Fewer U.S. Dollars Being Sent Home by Migrants
https://www.breitbart.com/immigration/2025/10/26/western-union-reports-fewer-u-s-dollars-being-sent-home-by-migrants/

Quote:

In another example of the Trump effect, money transfer giant Western Union is reporting that its revenue from cash transfers to locations outside the U.S. has seen a 12 percent decline this year.

Quote:

Last week, Western Union CEO Devin McGranahan told investors that the company had seen a huge decline in cash transfers to Mexico, El Salvador, Peru, and Ecuador, according to CPR News.

Quote:

The loss of business sent Western Union's stock down 15 percent this year.

15% is rookie numbers. This number is the key to understanding how well the war on illegal immigration is going.

yeah, with you here. If you are excited about making so much money from this, why are you asking elected officials what they are going to do about it?

Yep. Full on skit. Even worked in a way to say, "We don't call people 'Illegals' around here".

The mask was a bit much, but maybe the people hosting it required a mask.

The whole exchange was weird but I didn't immediately think it was fake. More like the guy didn't agree with hiring bounty hunters for illegals, but he has a job to do and he'll do it. He's also probably not keen on getting killed rolling into a Mexican gang den looking for a bounty.

Your username certainly fits for a discussion on bounty hunters.
