He wasnt a olympic cyclist... he was an olympian who happened to be on a supposed 52 mile cycle that found a way to mess with the pool

I am sure there is evidence of the chemicals (outside of what the park service added) being poured into the pool, right? To pour enough chemicals into a multi million gallon pool to damage it is pretty much a commercial operation. Surely the DOJ will release the surveillance video of someone with a knife making a 250 foot long gash, right?

Not a chance. Hydrogen peroxide breaks down quickly into hydrogen and oxygen when it attacks the algae. The more likely cause is a problem with the installation process. The top coat is separating from the primer.

Search YouTube for "Trump nobody knows more" and you'll find a collection of videos with Trump telling you all the topics he knows more about than anybody. Pools is probably on there.
