God, she's showing her incompetence again regarding security for FiFA. Theres another entire structure of safety collaboration between HC and Houston.
She gets ruffled because she's not a central person and tells everyone how "inappropriate and uncomfortable" she is. She hasn't read the agenda and the other commissioners are trying to explain to her what is actually going on. She has to "understand the issues" which she should have done before the meeting.
And last item is an argument about paying for international travel. Commissioners trying to talk to her but you know she knows best. And she butts heads with Rodney.
