I'm sure somebody who gets to go to all her concerts and special VIP events has a different view than people who have to deal with her constant meddling at work, especially in areas that the county judge (or the county judges before her) never had direct oversight of. He doesn't attend VIP events with her. They just share the same hobbies, and he has ridden with her to these hobbies.

This is one of the things I do question this guy's judgement on, his opinion of her. He is very apolitical, and doesn't follow her at all, but he is a Harris county tax payer.

She was talking to Briones as they had a little spat. She was daring Briones to run against her, even though she has zero intent to run...except to skip an hour plus of a meeting to run to a concert.

At a minimum it includes the employer share of all benefits and taxes. They assume medical benefits value at the dependent rate.

Even with retirement and benefits its not 300k ea. Those would all have to be top tier positions and those are always filled. That math ain't mathing.
