Considering how the USMNT didn't qualify for the last WC the WCQ's are not a time to waste a roster spot on a player who is trying to find form and not getting minutes for a player who is in form and getting minutes.

Also the transfer window closes Aug. 31st so having a player play in those WCQ games to impress coaches is pointless if the player is trying to move this transfer window.

2026 is the perfect storm. These players will be together for 5 more years all in their prime, all we hope/expect with a WC under their belt in 2022 and they would be playing at home with in WCs is important.

My guess is that its going to be an MLS guy. Not sure how quickly they could get someone from Europe into Nashville and ready by Thursday. They could do it if they were trying to get them to be ready for the Canada or Honduras game though.

Maybe they'll bring in a MF? There is still a 2 deep at the winger position with Pulisic, Aaronson, Reyna and de la Fuente. I'm assuming Berhalter was planning to use either Aaronson or Reyna (or both) in midfield for one of the matches as we only brought 5 midfielders into this cycle.

Injuries to the national squad players are always happening. The good thing is for the first time our pool is deep enough to be fine without him or any other single player. Hell we won the GC with a hybrid 2nd/3rd team.

Anyone had luck on with tickets in going through US Soccer?!?!

So, I joined the US Supports Circle VIP thing. Getting a head start on World Cup tix and then also wanting tix for Austin Qualifier vs Jamaica.

Im kind of like WTF the past few weeks. I applied for USMNT tix through both US Soccer VIP and Austin FC and didnt get tickets..are there that many people that are VIPs???!??! There is no way right?!?!?....but I login to ticketmaster and there are tons of tickets available at cost.

So, what kind of dumbass/sucker am I?!!?!?

Why does US Soccer seem to make everything so hard??!!

I am Circle VIP and was able to get tickets for the Jamaica match in Austin through US Soccer.

Well he needs to go somewhere and play. Was hoping for England or Germany, but that was for my own personal preference.

I am Circle VIP and was able to get tickets for the Jamaica match in Austin through US Soccer.
I applied as an Austin FC season ticket holder and got seats for Jamaica.
