FWIW the ball was put in play as he was being thrown to the turf. 100% should've been a penalty. VAR looked at it a loooooong time.

Semi random question based on a video that popped up on my insta feed..... think everyone agrees we need a LW, right? Real has an issue with Vini Jr & Mbappe wanting to occupy the same spaces and often getting in each other's way. Vini's contract expires next summer and there is a ton of speculation that Real is gonna try to move him rather than resign. With only 12 months on his deal there should be some level of discount (TM says he is valued at 150m euro). Should we make a move? Could he fit into Arteta's system (pressing, defensive contribution)? Can we effectively balance the attack between he and Saka and keep everyone happy? If we opt not to sign him, there is a good chance he ends up at Liverpool or possibly City.

Think Zubi has been dropping off a bit the last few weeks due to the number of minutes he has played. He's played more minutes this season in a more physical league + CL than he has in any given season his entire career. MLS played well last game and deserved a shot. That decision may save us a LOT of money this summer as we really needed a CM that can rotate with Rice & Zubi (both played WAY too many minutes this season).
