If you accumulate 2 cards in the first 3 games you are suspended from the next match. That includes a second card in MD3 which suspends you from the first KO. If you get a second yellow in game 3 you are still suspended for the first knockout game.

Group F and Group I could have some really good teams in 3rd place.

Group F has Sweden, Japan, and Netherlands. Group I has Norway, France, and Senegal.

I did read somewhere that it is likely that the US will meet one of the weaker of the 8 3rd-place teams if they win the group, though.

The draws are determined by which 8 third place teams advance. There is a spreadsheet outlining what the matchups would be in each scenario, but there are too many variables in play to make an informed prediction.

What we know is that the Group D winner plays the 3rd place team from B, E, F, I, or J. B and J would be most desirable, E mid, and F and I least desirable.

That is not how it works. The third place teams are slotted into the bracket based on which 8 3rd place teams advance from the groups. There is no "seeding" involved, and the Group D winner will play the same team regardless of whether they win with 9, 7, or 6 points.

It isn't accurate at all; it's looking at the current rankings of teams as if the group stage ended today which, obviously, it doesn't. Bosnia, for example, is shown as advancing simply because they have a point and several teams currently ranked 3rd in their groups have 0 points after one game.

Exactly. The issue is that fans are using this predictor to pump our path to the semi final. Which I am hesitant to do since most groups still have 2 games left to play
