I am not an excitable viewer of sports. Even when around people or drinking, I'm pretty subdued. Even Aggie games. I came out of my chair multiple times last night. Lots of just laughing to myself or shaking my head in disbelief saying "wtf?! Or holy ****" I know we're all fans, and a prone to some hyperbole, but I don't think we've ever seen what we saw last night. The whole block -> 4 pt play sequence was the big one, but there were several others that was in awe of.

And what's crazy is what I saw from Harper and especially Castle, Their pace of play, ability to get to the rack, THE DEFENSE, would normally be the headline. And no one else is talking about it

This is kinda interesting. I have to say, I'm surprised with Billups. I always thought he was one of the most respectable guys in the league. Goes to show you never can tell.

What's interesting is that Rozier's attorney said the NBA cleared Rozier in a gambling probe related to this.

Makes you wonder if the NBA tighten up their investigative practices to avoid this kind of egg on their face.

Fair weather Basketball / Spurs fan... very rarely will I post anything here. I've just been patiently waiting for a couple years to see a game like I saw last night.

Dude, Wemby could have scored 60 if they decided to keep feeding him. Unbelievable!


It's been 10+ years since that 2014 team, which was probably the most fun I've ever had watching Basketball. This team has me watching again, they look special!

Cooper Flagg while being defended by Castle: 0-3 shooting, 2 turnovers, 21 partial possessions

All Mavs while being defended by Castle:

2-11 shooting
0-2 from three
0 FTA
4 turnovers
4 assists

Anthony Davis vs Luke Kornet: 1-7 shooting; 2-2 FT, 19 possessions (the two FTs were the bull**** flagrant where Luke blocked the ball)

Anthony Davis vs Wemby: 2-8 shooting, 0-2 3p, 2-2 FT

Mavs: 4-17 when guarded by Wemby and only one shooting foul

Dude the sequence when Wemby got the block and the 3+1, Castle being Bruce Bowen reincarnate… if Vassel, Barnes et al can be slightly above average and Fox get back to his all star ways there's no way the Spurs aren't a top 5 team in the west and winning at least 55+ games

Indiana took OKC to double OT and lost.

SGA scored 55 behind his 26FTA. That's an insane number for someone that isn't being intentionally fouled like Shaq, Dwight Howard, etc.
