It's pretty clear cut that there is no government involvement in silencing speech here. Kimmel is free to continue being a disgusting human being, just not on ABC's network. He's not going to prison or being executed for what he said.
No evidence except for multiple examples of the FCC chair explicitly and implicitly saying he influenced them. And the president saying that companies should lose their licenses.
You don't seem to understand the difference between the FCC and Trump stating their opinions versus actually taking action.
Don't pretend you need a smoking gun because you wouldn't believe it either.
