Well he's kind of correct. If there is no water then true, there is no algae.
The problem is that the "reflection" in reflecting pool is created by water. Also probably has something to do with calling it a pool.
Maybe I'm way off here.

The interesting part is that there were several park employees that backed up the claims...

And I'm going to guess that most DC employees are not pro-Trump...

But, we ARE waiting for it to play out.

This is the perfect example of how the media portray Republicans vs democrats. This would be hailed as revolutionary if a dem president did this. Instead we get to hear about the cost and algae constantly to the point where it becomes a joke that it was even done.
