Time to start making the consequences of actions far worse than the actions themselves. That is the only way to slow this crap down.

As uncultured as many places in this world are, several do have the right idea when dealing with criminals. Cut the hand(s) off of thieves. Beat sexual assaulters in privates until they fall off. Etc..

WTF goes through people's minds that they think it's OK to leave a child in a car all day.

Actually take that back...Instead of hanging we should lock her in a car and watch her suffer. Makes my blood boil.

I'm not in any way condoning the plan of leaving your child in a car all day (especially without the AC running). But is anyone else thrown off that the 9 year old did not have the wherewithal to get out of the vehicle before succumbing to the heat? Was she special needs?
