About a 50/50 split between a landscaping truck pulling a trailer full of mowed grass and tree branches driven by a Mexican who is usually talking on the cell phone and the typical 18 wheeler that is doing .00000000001 mile faster than the person they are "passing" in the right hand lane. LEO's do nothing about these types either.

I would add a Canadian dude in an Altima with paper plates doing 100 dodging in an out of traffic never gets pulled over in fact I have never seen an HPD pull over someone on the highway.

They are on Shepherd and TC Jester.

Seriously. One drop of rain hits your windshield and everyone comes to a complete stop.

Another to add to the list - people slamming their brakes and crawling 20mph under when they see a cop on the side of the road. This is miserable on Hardy Toll Road.

Rain F's errbody up, not just a certain slice of the pie. Which in of itself is a phenomenon considering that it rains here every other day.

Also I have discovered that driving over the ship channel bridge on Bwy 8 is apparently a life altering event for most people. It's truly amazing to watch car after car in front of you get halfway up the bridge and then the driver decides to slow down to 35 mph so you crawl over the top. Almost like the chain that pulls the cars up on the roller coaster.
