But if faced with a hefty prison sentence, which this dude was facing, I'd hire a POS as an attorney. Including this guy. He obviously knows how to work the system.
If I had to limit myself to attorneys that I don't think are trash in this world, the options would be pretty bare.
I don't want a nice attorney. I want a pitbull that will do everything they can for my best interests.

What money do you think a guy punching some lady over $1 will have to spend on a lawyer? The guy isnt being paid by the defendant. So why is he doing it?

If he knows enough to hire a lawyer and knows enough to work the system - he isn't mentally ******ed like the lawyers and DA claim. Unstable? Sure, but he has enough upstairs to know how to work the system and know right from wrong.
