HARRIS COUNTY, Texas A night of deadly gun violence rocked the Houston area overnight, with a teenager killed and two others injured during a shooting at a crowded pool party in northeast Harris County.

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, 25 to 30 teens had gathered for a pool party at The Henry at Liberty Hills apartments when multiple shooters opened fire. Deputies say the shooting happened just before midnight late Sunday.

Three teenagers were shot. A teenage boy, believed to be 15 or 16 years old, died at the scene. A 15-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl were rushed to the hospital, where one of them was last reported to be in surgery.
