We need a World Cup every year. Its healing the world

We just need Conmebol and Concacaf to permanently join forces every four years to compete in the Copa America so we can have our own version of the Euros and at least get high level international soccer every two years instead of every four.

I've watched the goal 10 times now and I still think it was a handball on the Dutch player who fell. It looks like he hits the ball with his right hand on the ground.
