If the rule is you get a PK for a missed scoring opportunity I don't think so. Can they still call a foul though and give them a free kick from somewhere else?

There a bit of contact but that's a judgement call, not an error.
Senegal have no one to blame but themselves. They were so lackadaisical for those last 5 minutes of regulation

That top down view made it look pretty clear to me. Penalty in my book for sure.

I think that's the correct call based on replay. Super harsh if you're Senegal but a foul is a foul whether its the first minute or the 119th minute.

From that last angle I really think he took his legs out from under him and took away a chance at a deflection toward the goal. I don't know what the exact rule is but IMO the contact kept him from making contact with the ball.
That still looks iffy to me. Kane's looked worse.
I don't agree with the call bc the guy came from behind him and stepped into his kick.
