Japan did absolutely nothing after their opening goal. Stats are ridiculously one-sided for Brazil. Classic example of parking the bus and getting burned at the end. Lesson learned.

Yes I bet soccer and boxing pretty regularly. I have noticed that draft kings contracts market suffers from liquidity issues and has strange lines from time to time. Other sports books had o2.5 with much worse odds than -163, so I hopped on it. For a visual example here was a boxing match that I bet on this weekend

Draft kings had Boots Ennis as a -240 favorite. Every other book had him at -600 to -700, so I loaded up all the contracts they had, which maxed out at $5k at a blended -263. Boots is probably the best American boxer out right now, and he easily winds the fight 90% of the time. He knocked the dude out in the 7th

This isn't a great Germany side, but Paraguay just plain sucks.

Other than the ritualistic sacrifice of Cape Verde to the Albiceleste, this looks to be one of the worst matches of the group stage.

Deutschland 4-nil.

Holy hell! I would have been all over that.

My stupid state doesn't allow online sports betting so I have limited opportunities to look for advantage plays. I largely rely on +EV wagers at the opening line.

I'm surprised that there is much variability in lines on an event as popular as the World Cup.
