18: Lonnie Walker. Sad it didn't work out, seems like a great kid.

I remember this guy, y'all got Uber mad when I told you he couldn't play from watching him in the preseason- alook like Tarzan play like jane

He played one preseason game as a rookie and went 3-3 for 6 points in 5 minutes. I'm sure this is true.

Best comment on there:

Keldon definitely got his questions read to him in elementary

That's ice cold.

Giddey rolled his ankle on this play:

Of all the plays we could challenge the last few games... we challenge that?

Spurs alternated Fox and Wemby so Fox would be on with Kornet.

Wild lineup, though.

Kornet
Olynyk
Bryant
Waters
Fox

They'd do better letting this thread crowdsource the challenges than those two goobers behind the bench.

The Spurs should consider guarding the 3-point line.

Or guarding anything else for that matter.

KJ cracks me up. He has no business going for some of these offensive rebounds but he keeps hurling himself at the rim when a shot goes up

Rules are apparently no blood no fouls for Keldon.

WEMBY!!!

Down by three, less than a minute.

Wemby spots up and drains the three to tie it.

Then gets the block.

Then faces up Vooch, stares him down and just drains it at the top of the arc to go up 3.

Wemby took over but lets not look over Kornet. French vanilla came in crunch time

Luke was huge in the 4th. Castle was feeding him.

He changes the team tremendously. He can play with Victor and he can anchor when Vic rests.

Kornet :
20 Minutes
16p
7r (3 offensive)
2a
1b
0 TO
1 PF
6-6 FG (5 dunks and a layup)

I'm still listening to Sean Elliott. They showed his wife, daughter, and grandson named Elliott. His son-in-law plays safety for the Bears.

Interesting side note, Mr. Clutch Fox only took that one step back three in the 4th. He had 15 at the half but only 6 in the 3rd and none in the 4th.

Devin Vassell didn't play second half due to migraines and me parlaying all the unders. (I'm joking.)

Keldon had 10p7r in 19 minutes. But outside Kornet, we were really negative on +/- for our bench tonight, which probably had a lot to do with Ayo and Jevon coming in and draining a bunch of threes for Chicago.

Just gotta get better at rotations out on the perimeter, especially if we have Wemby/Kornet in against a team with shooters including a center like Vooch.

But the big take away is Castle+Kornet, Kornet's solid play, and the Spurs taking over when it mattered... in a completely different way than last game when they took over when it mattered with Fox.

Having so many players that can get it done matters so much.

I just don't understand doubling off shooters to help Wemby and kornet in the lane. They're seven footers. Live with their D. The threes are what gets you best in today's NBA. It ain't 2005 out there.

Guy to watch for our Hawks pick is Karim Lopez.

He's from Mexico and will be the first Mexican born NBA 1st round pick. In your face, Najera.

6'8 220lb forward. Shooting 52/42/74 with 3 threes/game volume. Averaging 10/6 in 22mpg in the NBL.

Looks interesting but not sure he has the athleticism for what I think we need as our final piece. IMO for the next 2 drafts we need to be targeting someone that can be our Trey Murphy or Jaden McDaniels.

Castle is a legitimate all star candidate.

We just drafted Carter Bryant, who has that athleticism. Basically the entire draft will have less athleticism than Bryant, but he seems to be a lot more developed as a player.

I think we just need to bring in the most forward talent possible with the Hawks pick, which will probably be in the 10-18ish range.

Got a long way to go to see who is who in the draft class. He's just an option with nice size and shot.

There are other guys I like more like Nate Ament from Tennessee, but he is likely top 5ish right now, so we probably don't get a shot at him.

Yeah man, 19/8/6 with lockdown defense?

If we have 6 guards from the west...

Luka, Reaves, SGA, Booker, Curry, Ant are all probably locks this year.

Fox and Castle should be next in. Jamal Murray and Amen right behind them.

Also playing at guard in the West: Russell Westbrook.

It's kind of across the board everywhere now. 30 bucks for a t-shirt doesn't seem too bad. But $250 for a jersey is crazy. But I haven't worn a jersey in 30 years. So I don't care that much about those prices

Based on all the injury reporting (or lack thereof) so far this season, won't know anything about Harper until someone sees him out in pregame warmups.

Tynan is a longtime legit reporter. The amount of time they gave coincides with a grade 1 or mild pulled muscle.

Recovery is good, still doing walk throughs. He's on the court without a boot or anything. A bum franchise like the Suns or Clippers would probably already have him playing.
