We all want Harper back as soon as possible, but there's zero reason to rush him and risk any kind of lingering injury. We're 8-2 and just got Fox back to go with Castle. Our season won't sink because Dylan misses a couple games early while he recovers, but if he comes back too soon and misses an ever more amount extended time, that could screw us later on.

Initially they reported he was the youngest in NBA history. Which was much more surprising and what I had initially posted. Then they went back later and corrected it.

It's nuts that the Spurs went from having no guards for years to having too many guards.

It's going to be really, really exhausting for other teams to have to chase Fox and Harper around non-stop for 48 minutes. Then those opponents have to try to play offense against Castle and Wemby with Fox running around snatching their lunch money when they aren't looking.

We should light candles every night for their health.

The most notable thing there is that the Clippers traded in aspiration jersey patches for one encouraging tourism to... Rwanda.

That might be a legit sponsorship, but it sounds even more fishy than a tree company to me.

Yeah that's something I completely don't get and how does Rwanda have the money to sponsor this?

As someone that spent a fair amount of time in central Africa, I can say that Rwanda makes my top 200 countries to visit list but I don't get what they're getting out of this sponsorship

Google tells me that the average cost of a jersey patch sponsorship is 10 million dollars per year. So I'm supposed to believe that Rwanda is dishing that out to attract tourism? From snooty Los Angeles residents? This seems stupid from every angle.

If it's legit the people of Rwanda should demand accountability from their leaders for squandering their money like that.

The NBA subreddit has some pretty good comments on this subject, good for a laugh or two. Also oddly Kawhi visited Rwanda recently which only adds to my skepticism of this deal. Free office 2025 licenses for Rwandan government officials in exchange for laundering money to Kawhi maybe.
