Click isn't the GM or even assistant GM. He didn't really have anything to do with the current roster construction FWIW.

Still, good for him.

I'm not surprised knowing Click's position in Toronto, but things changed here when Crane went Jerry-mode and thought he could do it himself or with whatever yes-man was in his corner. It's been a few years now, but hopefully Crane's learned some lessons since then. Still a great owner but not above criticism.

I never had any opinion of him until last night when he jumped in front of that throw then followed it up with trying to act like the ball gets by him on a throw that pulled him off the bag.

Bush league BS like that pisses me off. Reminds me of A-Rod screaming at the third baseman as he's catching a pop fly when rounds third.

Got to visit Seattle on a solo trip recently and enjoyed the city, but i wouldn't even wear an Astros hat knowing what kinda **** bird fans they have up there and what could ensue. I'm sure Jays fan aren't much better, but at least their team has skins on the wall and doesn't try to take guys out of games.

I honestly don't know why I enjoy Seattle tears as much as I do, it's irrational

It's one thing when it's the Yankees or Dodgers and the deck is intentionally stacked their way, but their fans still act like they've done something something to deserve it. But Seattle has literally never won anything - they are the ultimate underdog and I usually like underdogs.

But something about them - I just love their misery. Astros have owned them SO MUCH for SO LONG, and I still want them to lose. I need a therapist to explain it to me.

didn't realize he posted .879 OPS for the Jays in 104 plate appearances

and could get a ring in several days.

Talking with my Mariners fan co-worker of mine, and he is absolutely devastated. He's gutted.

I feel bad for him personally.

He's having thoughts like, "Why Bazardo and not Munoz?" "Why didn't Wilson stay with Woo after Woo struck out George on 3 pitches in a previous AB?"

Listening to him vent makes me think of Game 7 of the 2019 WS. It still makes me sick. I'll never get over 2019 and Hinch pulling Greinke.

He's never going to get over George hitting that 3-run bomb.

I have a nephew that lives in Idaho and all his friends are Mariners fans. Even though he was born there, he grew up going to Astros games with us and Springer and Altuve were his two favorite players. His text to us last night was "My hero has become a villain!" Because all his buddies were devastated and hating Springer.
