Hamas is not just withholding food. After they steal it they are selling the food and other aid and using the money to buy arms to continue the fight. And Israel is even to a degree feeding the civilian population. Has that ever occurred in modern warfare? The only benefit of the doubt you can give to the "Gazans" is that they were likely forced to "vote" for Hamas to run their government. The atrocities Hamas has committed has to rival any in history.

This. Hamas gets most of its power and funding by controlling the distribution of all aid that goes in there. They give supporters access first and sell aid for revenue to fund ongoing terror operations. They kill any internal opposition or resistance or anyone trying to directly access aid they can take control of.

If people starve, Hamas is the reason. Plenty of resources are going in, but Hamas prevents fair distribution.
