BSC theory but they take her home, she goes in the house then he hops out of the car knowing where any cameras are and an easy entrance. Waits an hour or so. Even the older cameras will have a certain amount of RAM in them to buffer the live video capture temporarily store short, motion-activated clips before uploading them to the cloud or saving them to a permanent storage medium. They may catch a glimpse of something.

I think these guys are real pros. Kidnapping in this day and age, with all the technology at the disposal of law enforcement, seems like fools gold. But so far, they have eluded the best we have to offer in terms of top investigators.

There is a suspect vehicle cops are searching for. Supposedly came in on a tip from the public so could be one seen driving around Guthrie's house at the time of the abduction. Apparently the car was seen at a Circle K which will have video.

Most security cameras from 30 years ago were wired to a vcr. If that camera on the roof is that old it probably is a remnant of an old CCTV system that was wired to a monitor.

And someone this age with her conditions isn't going to survive much trauma at all. Someone who really wants to get paid is providing proof of life. Yeah they went very quickly from "missing person" to "detectives on scene investigating a homicide". There had to be more than just a few drops of blood.

From the picture I saw it looked like splatter drops from a nosebleed. I have had chronic nosebleeds my entire life and that looks textbook with a bent neck looking towards the ground.

I really hope she's okay.

Old lady, thin skin, blood thinners. Even the tiniest scratch is gonna put out a lot of blood and if they had to gag her and throw her over a shoulder, she's gonna bleed from somewhere. My mom can knock her elbow in church on the edge of the pew and bleed pretty good.

Yeah, my dad was on them for several years at a similar age. Any fall or bump of the head was to be treated like a life-threatening emergency, because it potentially was.
