Ugarte has been all over the place and I mean that in a very positive and negative way.
Hojlund threw his hands up like he was wide open but I think the defender was well positioned. Might have got an own goal out of it though.

So Diallo and Martinez out for the season, Mainoo out for weeks, and Ugarte and Collyer out for at least Spurs it seems. We might legitimately get relegated. The one thing this team had going for it was that it was largely spared of injuries. That all just blew up.

We aren't getting relegated. Leicester and Ipswitch have 17 points from 25 games. If they keep the same pace, they will finish the year at 26 points. We have 27 right now.
Will we have the most embarassing year we've had in a long time, and one that could have gotten relegated in many other years? Yeah, that's still definitely on the table. We are currently behind Everton in the table, so it's not going great. But unless Ipswitch or Leicester turn into Liverpool suddenly, and we lose 12 out of 14 or something, we aren't going to get relegated.

So the bench is 30 year old Lindelof and everyone else is 19 or younger. What could go wrong?
I'm not saying it's likely but if 1 team in the bottom 3 catches a bit of form and stacks up some points, it's going to become dicey. Look at that bench against Spurs. That's more or less what it will look like from here on out. Even if Ugarte and Eriksen come back relatively soon it's a shallow as hell bench.
If one of those teams catches a bit of form than the team that has routinely folded under the pressure of being Man United will have to deal with the spotlight of a United team fighting relegation. Something none of those players have ever dealt with and that bench is nowhere near experienced enough to handle.

Wolves are almost as bad. There's a gap between the bottom four. Two have to catch fire. We are probably >95% safe. Calm down.

Wolves literally beat us 2-0 and we had to come from behind to beat Leicester at home (FA Cup) and Southampton at home (League). And that was with the only player on a team who looked capable of attacking. We've been playing like a relegation team for about a month now and now missing arguably best attacker and best defender. There's a threat that is more substantial than it should be even if it's not likely (yet).

Wolves are 3-1-6 in their last 10 PL matches. Which is ironically the same as us. We are both crap, but we are crap with a 10 point cushion (effectively 11 when you take goal difference into account, because theirs is way worse than ours).
