Where did I suggest that we have open borders? This is about rounding up the ones that are already here. We have a HUGE illegals problem in TX that would keep ICE busy for years and we voted to fix the problem. Let LA have what they voted for.

Apparently the Insurrection Act of 1807 overrides Posse Comitatus. In can be invoked in situations exactly like this, riots directly threatening federal authority and state officials can't or won't protect them.
