I would say I can't understand, but I guess I do. Libs just can't help themselves but to double down over and over again. Folks were sick of the riots in 2020, and very likely even more are sick of it in 2025, but yet people that just want to be able to go about their daily lives in their home cities can't because protesters take things way too far. And the media paints the people who are anti-riot as the bad guys. It's completely insane.

Are the really protesters at this point or paid agitators? Let's be honest, this has been planned since Trump won in November.

They are getting desperate this time because Twitter is not covering for them and they can't control the narrative, at least not for long.

There is a core group of leftist antifa types in most dem-controlled cities that spend every day hoping for an excuse to go out and F with the cops. Every time the dems come up with some excuse to go out and have a mass gathering to protest some random issue it is like christmas morning for the antifa losers. They get free roaming walls of "peaceful protestors" to hide behind and throw rocks, bottles, fireworks, etc. at the cops.

When the cops shot back and hit the "peaceful protestors" with rubber bullets, the story becomes about the "one-sided police brutality" and everybody ignores the fact that they were responding to people launching fireworks at them or throwing bottles at them from the same crowd of people. The only reason it doesn't end is because the leftist DAs immediately drop any charges files against the people actually perpetrating the violence if the police actually manage to catch them, and then when pressed about it, they insist that there is no organized violent movement on the left and that Antifa is just an idea, not a terrorist group.

Trump needs to take the gloves off, declare Antifa a domestic terror organization and start taking down the cells planning "direct action" like we saw at the federal building in Seattle yesterday. Arrest them with federal officers, charge them with federal crimes, and put them in federal PMITA prison where the leftist DAs and bail paying groups can't get to them to let them go.

No, temporary is meant to be temporary. Biden assigned the most ever to tps, topping more than a million people. Tps is meant to get peoplenehre, let them start lives here and plant roots.

Its meant to be a short term offer of safety while their home country works **** out.

Heres a chatgpt summary

Quote:

Joe Biden's use of **Temporary Protected Status (TPS)** has been both **historic in scope** and **controversial in application**, with many critics arguing it **undermines the "temporary" nature** of the program. Here's a detailed breakdown:

---

### TPS Intended Purpose

TPS was created by Congress in 1990 to protect non-citizens who are **already in the U.S.** and **temporarily unable to return safely** to their home country due to:

* Ongoing armed conflict
* Environmental disaster
* Other extraordinary but **temporary** conditions

It was **not meant to create permanent residence** or circumvent the normal immigration process.

---

### Biden's Expansion of TPS

Under Biden, TPS has expanded more aggressively than under any previous president. As of mid-2024:

#### **New TPS designations under Biden** (with initial approvals):

| Country | Reason | Est. People Covered |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------- | ------------------- |
| Venezuela | Political/economic collapse | 500,000+ |
| Haiti | Earthquake, insecurity | 150,000+ |
| Afghanistan | Taliban takeover | 70,000+ |
| Ukraine | Russian invasion | 60,000+ |
| Ethiopia | Conflict in Tigray region | 26,000+ |
| Sudan | Military coup & conflict | 30,000+ |
| Cameroon | Ongoing armed conflict | 15,000+ |
| Myanmar (Burma) | Military coup | 7,000+ |
| Syria (extended) | Civil war (already under TPS) | 94,000+ |
| Nicaragua | Extended, despite being decades old | 4,000+ |

**Total TPS population** under Biden: **Over 1 million**, highest in U.S. history.

---

### How Critics Say Biden Is Abusing TPS

1. **Redefining "Temporary"**

* TPS designations are being applied to **long-term crises**, some of which have lasted **decades** (e.g., Haiti, Venezuela, Syria).
* Critics say this bypasses Congress and gives **de facto permanent residency** without legislative approval.

2. **Backdoor Amnesty**

* TPS recipients receive **work permits, deportation protection**, and in some cases later adjust to green cards if other options emerge.
* This creates a **shadow legalization** pipeline outside the immigration system.

3. **Political Motivations**

* TPS designations often affect **key voting blocs**e.g., Venezuelans in Florida or Haitians in the Northeast.
* Some argue Biden is using TPS **as a political tool** to curry favor with immigrant communities.

4. **Encouraging Illegal Immigration**

* Though TPS is only for people already in the U.S., **word spreads quickly**, and migrants may **rush the border in hopes of future designation**.
* This creates **pull factors**, even if the policy doesn't apply retroactively.

---

### What Makes Biden's Use Different

* Prior administrations also renewed TPS (especially under Bush and Obama), but Biden has:

* **Designated more countries at once**
* **Extended protections more broadly**
* **Renewed expired or phased-out TPS statuses** that were previously being wound down

---

### Summary

> **Biden has used TPS as a policy lever to grant broad humanitarian protectionsbut in doing so, has arguably undermined the law's original temporary framework.**

It's become a substitute for immigration reform, and for many critics, a way to **legalize presence without Congress**, with no clear exit plan.

Thanks for clearing that up. You are keenly aware of the facts and sharing it was great.

Perhaps we need a splinter thread for the funding/group investigations

They will, for now at least.

The issue here is that it doesnt poll well.

After the BLM riots, there's much less tolerance for this behavior. Libs have sympathy for illegals but not in their neighborhoods and also don't riot there either. We are even seeing it happen already in LA as the people and law enforcement are growing tired of these "protests" that turn anti government riots by night

The fatigue is real

Why are the commies calling it "no kings" day of mobilization? Christ is king, and we know communists can't have anything that people might hold above the state, but that doesn't seem relevant to this well funded pay day of mobilization.

They refer to Trump. Do they not remember we had an election where we the people voted for a duly elected president? Trump is not a king. And our president using his resources for executive actions enumerated in our laws and constitution can't make him a king. He's only a king in their sick programmed fantasy where they play rebellious hero defending illegal aliens by looting stores, burning cars and buildings, and assaulting authorities.

There is riot control tech we have that has never been used in the USA before. Directed audio and radiological stuff that we worked out in Panama and Iraq. Some has been used at G7 riots. I'm just waiting to see it here. Unfortunately the a-holes who plan and fund the rioting won't get zapped. but it's a matter of time before we see it.

So the Democrats are losing their minds and now resorting to actually calling for open insurrection by citizens and for troops to ignore the Commander-In-Chief.

This is how you know Trump's deportation policies are hitting home. If the illegals are deported, they know their chances of ever holding power again are nil. They will not only lose elections, they will lose representation if the illegals aren't counted in this next census. Their entire strategy for winning and creating a permanent majority party going forward revolves around having this new voting base around to hand them elections and to do create social unrest when things go backwards.

Trump has to double down on the deportation efforts and watch that worthless bunch of America haters implode.
