The difference is that conservatives are open and wanting a very robust work visa program. We have no problems with immigrants. We have a problem with the ones that don't follow the law which includes immigration laws. So don't come into our country illegally.

I work in agriculture. So many facets are almost entirely reliant on migrant labor. Cut the enormous amount of red tape around the work visas (H-2A) that employers have to go through and let these people properly apply and come over. Make renewals simple. Show proof of employment, prior year's tax return, no arrest record, and no draw on government assistance.

BAM!!

Renewed. Keep up the good work. After 7yrs of good standing, apply for the green card. After 10ys, access to citzenship.

People I know in Spokane don't want to be like Seattle.

Once I was there during the height of the pandemic...back when you were required to wear a mask on a plane. I got to the hotel, and was wondering what the mask situation was (I never wore it in Texas...but wasnt going to cause a scene with customers in WA).

A guy walked by and says, "you dont have to wear that mask, this isnt Seattle, this is the normal part of the State".

Doesn't surprise me they're getting ahold of this quickly.

This is all about maintaining power/control in the House. Laws were finagled to count ALL persons in the every 10th year census, not just citizens. 5 years to go until 2030 and they are counting on you not remembering all this grief. Adding millions of illegals inflate the census numbers in key states. Congressional Districts and the actual numbers of members per state are dependent on census numbers. Democrats want and depend on all these illegals being counted. Pure numbers, nothing else.

This is why they are taking this 20/80 position. Why they are defending the Maryland Dad and all these obvious deportable criminals here illegally. Gaslighting, turning a blind eye, just a peaceful protest, nothing to see here. Baghdad Bob stuff. Doesn't matter what your lying eyes see.

If millions of them were deported then the Democrats could lose 20 or so seats in the House. Permanent 2nd place to the GOP for decades. The illegals themselves are just pawns. Riots and associated destruction are acceptable collateral damage. Pretty simple concept.

Gonna be a fun summer. Democrats have decided to die on this hill.

Wife wants the gulf side so either the panhandle area or down by Tampa. We lived for several years near Walt Disney World in Orlando.

Brevard County is nice, and we liked the Melbourne area.

That's because the protest isnt necessarily about immigration. Maybe the first day.

But, just as in 2020, these protest have been co-opted by a the radical Marxist left. The goal isn't to stop immigration, it's to being down the usa. Listen to the peotestors themselves

All the symbols are there as well- you've got keffiyehs, hammer and tickles, pride flags, trans flags, inverted American flags. This is about the perceived oppressor and oppressed. Its a modern liberal college made real
