A "face mask" penalty is grabbing any hole in the helmet. Facemask, ear holes, under the helmet, etc

Lack of progress on the offense and lack of discipline are the two things that I can't get over.

Demeco had the culture injection they needed to turn things around 2 years ago, but they need him to adapt his coaching style if they want to progress further.

They're supposed to be closing the gap to the Chiefs, Ravens, and Bills, but now it looks like they are behind the Colts
