You obviously don't know how this works. Scholar was just on his way back from Bible study and buying Skittles. Security guard "agressed" him and made him fear for his life. Guard said something about "MAGA country" while fashioning a noose out of former black victim's shoelaces that he kept as souvenirs. Having no choice, he fired a warning shot at guard who then unloaded on him for no reason.

Guard may be tried and executed by week's end.
