I remember about 2010 or so when what is now the defunct Tejas Grill was something else at the corner of Lamar and San Jacinto that we were having a happy hour. A homeless guy walks up to the glass and we think this dude isn't about to pee on the window in front of everyone is he? Nope, he turned around and **** on the window.
