A Trader Joe's would do amazing in South CS. I don't necessarily like it but it would be nice from time to time to avoid the hassle of a large supermarket.
They paid for their wars with your tax dollars and also with your untaxed dollars. Inflation is theft.

I think those two are one in the same. Probably just need to update the OP to reflect that it was completed.

I appreciate this thread and the work you do to keep it current.

I also very much appreciate that the review portion of restaurants, etc. has moved too another thread. It is a different aspect of coming and going.

If TxAgs would locate that thread DIRECTLY under Coming and Going it might inform the uninitiated . Kudos to all.

I am shocked on this one. I thought I'd never see a D&B in College Station....could have been a gamer coup if they had got the E-Games thing at Macy's to go through.

I'm not sure when it happened, but Half Pint's Liquor is now Fatty's Liquor. It's between 7-11 and Layne's at the corner of Fitch, Arrington, and Green's Prairie.

Sorry to hear this. We attended a party that they catered a few weeks ago. Best Cajun food around here, hands down.

Never heard of them. How does one find out about these "popups"? If any of us hear of a good one maybe put it on this thread (or the other restaurant thread) so we can go check them out?

They were pretty active on social media. We went to what turned out to be their last pop-up iast month. I think FlyRod has posted about them in the past.

No, it's Gumbeaux Cajun Catering Co's problem. I love Cajun food and would have enthusiastically supported them had I known they existed. My suggestion was, if anyone on this thread hears of other similar "popups", please post them here to hopefully drum up some additional business for them. I always like to support local restaurants. Thanks for your sarcastic reply though.

Cheers.

Pretty sure the owner posted on here a few times also. Apparently people knew about them as they have a lot of Facebook followers and there were a lot of folks at their December pop up. Sorry you missed out!

Happy New Year, unsarcastically!
