Tecovas is opening a retail store in Century Square (in the spot LuluLemon was in before they moved to the larger location). With Lucchese already having a store in Century Square, the boot game is getting crowded.

Let's just make it a mini Nashville and put an Ole Red restaurant in with a dance floor.

Head on over to the current location at Jones Crossing to see what they're about.

You mention Bucees and I've been wondering if there are plans for one in College Station. Seems like we certainly have the requisite traffic load on Hwy 6.

Hello all
We expect to make an announcement soon about a new concept we have developed to be located in S College Station. Stay tuned!

The traffic count on Highway 6 doesn't match their other numbers like on Interstates. The one in Bastrop probably works because of that point where 95, 71, and 21 all meet.
I don't know the numbers they need but you can play around with looking at traffic count at a given point on Highway 6 and where their stores are at, you'll consistently see lower numbers here.

Looks like the entire Tejas Center is up for sale.

Plus, they tend to put them in locations that are on the way to a destination, not the destination itself. If you are driving on 6, you are most likely either leaving or coming to College Station and don't need a gas station.
