I'm not sure I like that Ugarte sub. He has been exceedingly careless in possession but he clogs up passing lanes and covers a lot of defensive areas as a shield for the backline. Especially now that Casemiro is on a yellow, this seems really dodgy.

Gotta manage his minutes extremely carefully and pray to all the gods above to keep him healthy, but Mount needs to be managed as the assumed 1st choice at attacking mid for the rest of the season. To his credit, Garnacho has worked his ass off but he has always been a square peg in a round hole. A match fit Mount could be elite in that position.

It's down to a one game season in 2 weeks. The only thing that matters between now and then is staying healthy.

I agree, wrap Mount in bubble wrap. Maybe 30 minutes in a game or two to preserve match fitness. Same for a lot of our other injury returnees.

Roy Keane can just stay mad about it, don't care. LOL. (Re: This week's Overlap Stick to Football show which I had on this morning before work).

Antony scored and assisted last night to lead Real Betis to the Conference League final against Chelsea. Has 9 goals and 5 assists across all competitions in 3 1/2 months. Betis are currently 6th, one spot and one point out of CL qualification. Transfermarkt has his value at 20m EUR. Betis rarely, if ever, spend that much on a player but if they are infused with CL money, they might offer something in that range given how well he has played for them. I doubt United will find a better fee as the big La Liga clubs are likely not going to come for him and I doubt even teams in the EPL like Forest, Villa, etc. who have money will come for him.

The Law is very specific. You drop the ball to the team that last touched the ball. Not possessed. Not controlled. Touched.

So the announcer says "just make **** up and give it to who you think should have it"
