Agree but I also think he's informally polled the other justices before he entered this order. If my guess is correct, that ridiculous order will be vacated fairly quickly, per curiam.

jurisdictional/habeas issue (which most reasonable people here have been saying - this resistance-member judge should have never done this). They get notice and can file habeas actions in the jurisdiction they're in.

The bad precedent this sets is that if we actually ARE invaded, you can't do squat to the invaders until they've gone through due process.

Kill an invader? Well, the court hasn't determined they're bad yet. So, you're enjoined from killing them. You have to capture them, then go through the process to determine their status by a district judge in RI.

BTW, with this, though, they can't do a class action, right? Each one has to file either as a group or individually.


If so, Trump should send them all over the country to every single place they can. Make the left wing grifters have to get 50+ sets of lawyers to deal with this.

I honestly cannot follow any of his so-called "logic."

Ten to fifteen years ago, most of these cases would have been summarily dismissed for obvious lack of jurisdiction. Frankly, I'm appalled at how far off of the reservation these judges keep going.
