JUST IN: A federal judge has barred the State Department from enforcing the Trump administration's passport gender policy, which bars passport holders from select an X or identifying as a gender other than their sex at birth. https://t.co/nSLU7onxWx pic.twitter.com/WjuMUhrumd

NOW YOU HAVE SOMETHING. Get back up here as soon as you can so we can fete you with a toast of champagne." https://t.co/AbVxbQisSX pic.twitter.com/VfR7pTHPRe
LOL -- Sec. 12406 is an express exception to PC. Just like Insurrection Act.
— Shipwreckedcrew (@shipwreckedcrew) June 20, 2025
PC is just a statute, same as 12406.
Sec. 12406 comes out of the Militia Act of 1903 which created the "National Guard" as the official militia of the United States. Various statutes have been added… https://t.co/IW20rU9Jsx

The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction for any foreign lawsuit against the US government.
BREAKING: Supreme Court permits Trump administration to resume third country removals — like deportations to Sudan — without limited notice.

6-3 with Soromayor, Kagan and Jackson dissenting. https://t.co/532wDuezRJ pic.twitter.com/1e3vb7fTDW
🔥🔥🔥Judge ordered fired executive officers reinstated & they immediately move to thwart Trump Administration's agenda, which is precisely why firing authority must remain with Executive. 1/ pic.twitter.com/js19SdvEOj

3/3 Trump sought emergency stay before 4th Cir. SCOTUS granted stay in virtually identical case but district court ignored.

NEW: In statement to @FoxNews, DHS says “fire up the deportation planes” in response to SCOTUS ruling that will allow ICE to deport illegal aliens to countries they aren’t from - a significant tool for ICE to use as some countries won’t take their citizens back.

Now Judge Murphy says his injunction "remains in full force and effect, nothwithstanding todays stay of the Preliminary Injunction." He cites Justice Sotomayor in saying that his illegal order was "not properly before [the Supreme] Court."

Wait. Do what? Some legal beagle will have to decode the BS here but it sounds like this Judge is ignoring the SCOTUS ruling and saying "I'm going with the dissent".
Is that real? Is that even possible?
This blatant attempt by the Mass. District Judge to seize on a passage from the dissent by Justice Sotomayor as a basis to evade the SCOTUS stay is just the kind of "Now We've Had Enough" moment that might spur 5 Justices into action.
— Shipwreckedcrew (@shipwreckedcrew) June 24, 2025
The reality is that we are right at the end…
DOJ is going to ignore it and proceed as if there is no hindrance.
— Shipwreckedcrew (@shipwreckedcrew) June 24, 2025
We'll see if the Judge wants to go down the road of a contempt proceeding with SCOTUS at the end of that road. https://t.co/ZdYbu5yCq0
🚨 WTF? An activist judge in BOSTON decided the Supreme Court ruling allowing Trump to deport illegals to third countries like Sudan DOES NOT APPLY to them.

Stephen Miller: We will hold the judge accountable TOMORROW - expect FIREWORKS.
GOOD!

A district judge has just announced he will openly defy the unambiguous ruling issued today by the Supreme Court and continue to block the expulsion of illegal aliens convicted of child rape and murder. JUDICIAL COUP. https://t.co/9aLOADbQsU

Maybe John Roberts will start to realize the mess he’s made particularly in deportation cases.

Brian Murphy is a judge because FOUR REPUBLICANS failed to vote on his nomination.
— Jan (@JanRcr057) June 24, 2025
If they had all voted “no”, he would not have been a judge.
