Well, so much for the pipe dream of the Cowboys actually going out to get talent. Adams to the Rams and Bolton resigns with the Chiefs.
I don't understand why they freed up all this money to just sit on the sidelines again.

It's what they do. Jones family won't get it until ATT is half empty on game day.
I love Jeanty, Hampton, both Ohio State Rbs, the Arizona State kid and Iowa rb. If they bring back Dowdle they need to draft an RB that ran a sub 4.5 forty knowing full well they will likely have to either sign another big back or draft one in the 2026 draft. If they didnt have so many needs I would love to see them draft Judkins then draft Johnson from Iowa. That is a hell of a 1-2 punch of speed and power and they are cheap. I think Judkins is special.Macarthur said:
If we don't land Jeanty, I am a huge fan of Hampton. I think he's an absolute stud.
It would be a dream if we could drop down in the 20's pick up an extra pick and grab Hampton. He's not making it to 44 so we can't wait.
The #Jaguars are signing Jourdan Lewis, Per The Insiders and @PSchrags. He becomes the NFL’s highest paid nickel CB.

They love young cheap players or old cheap players with super stars mixed in. I really dont think Stephen and Jerry know what they are doing when it comes to free agency and talent acquisition.jr15aggie said:Vince Blake said:

Mother freaker!
Again, it's early... But so help me if Dallas freed up a bunch of cap room only to let their quality players go and replace them with rejects or has beens.
So far, it's looking like the Cowboys are gonna completely F this thing up just like they did with the Mingo trade.

Paying Jordan Lewis that much money is INSANE. He's barely in the top half of starting nickel corners in the league and already beyond the typical drop off age for corners.
Holy ****
Earlier on ESPN, Jeremy Fowler said the #Cowboys could use free agency to fill needs at LB and CB.
— Brandon Loree (@Brandoniswrite) March 10, 2025
Fowler mentioned Charvarius Ward as a name to monitor, with both parties potentially having mutual interest.
DAL famously traded Ward as a rookie before he took off in KC and SF. pic.twitter.com/3lyn8nw8cc
I'm told that teams showing preliminary interest in Dre Greenlaw include the #Broncos, #Titans, #Texans and the #Cowboys, per league source.@BovadaOfficial pic.twitter.com/Zrhgs3m0rJ

Ward lost his 1 year old daughter in October to heart issues. Understandably it really wrecked him mentally and affected his performance on field. Poor guy has even come out and said he can't play in California because of the painful memory it brings up.

The Eagles have lost Milton Williams and Josh Sweat. They were projected to lose them, but that still hurts.
