How do you train for the NFL in prison? Sounds like a cheesy movie.
This is the second time in six months that the Cowboys have traded for a wide receiver. In November, the Cowboys acquired wide receiver Jonathan Mingo and a 2025 seventh-round pick from the Panthers in exchange for a 2025 fourth-round pick. George Pickens to Cowboys.
He's talented as hell, if CeeDee and Dak can straighten him out, this is an amazing pick up

There were a slew of proven wide receivers available this offseason

There were a slew of proven wide receivers available this offseason. Instead of trading for or signing one of those, Jerry again went all in to the bargain bin to pull out a formerly high pick that has been a disappointment thus far. I guess we're saving all this salary cap money so they can pay parsons without getting into Stephen's inheritance?

About the only one I like more than Pickens is maybe Davante Adams.

Dk metcalf, Tyler Lockett, cooper kupp, Amari cooper, Chris Godwin, and Stephon Diggs come to mind. In addition to Adams as you already mentioned.

Tyler Lockett, Amari Cooper, Cooper Kupp, and Devante Adam's over Pickens is insanity.

Pickens JUST turned 24 and has all of the ability in the world. I think a change of scenery to a better football culture could do him a world of good. He's risky, but the price we paid is nothing compared to the upside.

Odd take. The reason Pickens hasn't been all world is because the Steelers were dumpster diving at QB every year Pickens has been in the league.
