This doesn't surprise me. I've heard of numerous run-ins with some woman that works over there. Notoriously bad attitude.

I've played with simulators and they do not pick up my driver slice worth a dang.Thisguy1 said:
Maybe it's because they weren't all that known but there were two simulator bays at Phillips Event Center before the big freeze caused all the damage. They were never overly busy. Maybe something dedicated to it will work out.
Interested in the club fitting they're going to offer. Having a good fitter here would keep people from heading to Houston.

Where did all the Covid money go?EBrazosAg said:
Interesting that they point out they have not been behind on rent since covid. No mention of before covid. During covid - plenty of $$ around to claim and catch up on rent during covid. Before Covid - not as much. There is a story here not being told I'm sure.

Anyone know what church is building out off of Highway 30 right before Bird Pond (heading out of town)? More traditional look with white outside and dark black roof.

Coopers in danger of closing? They are packed almost every night.FlyRod said:Interesting decision with Tesla sales declining. I look forward to seeing what will occupy that space after Coopers closes. It's a good sized space with venue potential.NotJPMorgan said:
